This oil is designed to keep skin around nails healthy and moisturized. Healing any damage and keeping this sensitive area from dryness and breakage. Keeping cuticles and skin around nails hydrated also helps nails grow longer and stronger!
Instructions: apply oil to cuticles and skin surrounding nails, allow some time to soak in
Ingredients: Castor oil infused with calendula, plantain, marshmallow rt, comfrey lf, st johns wort, plus vitamin E, rosemary extract and 2% liquid extracts
Castor Oil: Very moisturizing, castor oil is thicker than most oils and will lock in moisture very effectively.
Plantian: Tried and true skin treatment for an assortment of complaints, great for wound healing and reducing scarring. Plantian contains mucilage and moisturizing properties keeping skin hydrated and healthy. Also beneficial for sunburn, bug bites, rashes and dry patches.
Calendula: Calendula is all around beneficial for the skin, from soothing irritation such as eczema or sunburn to wound healing and repairing skin on a cellular level. Calendula deeply moisturizes the skin and also has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help keep skin clear of acne or infections.
Marshmallow Root: Marshmallow root contains mucilaginous properties making it extremely moistening, nourishing and softening to the skin. Marshmallow root does wonders for dryness, deeply soothing and hydrating skin. Repairing skin barrier and preventing transepidermal water loss.
Comfrey Leaf: Has been renowned for its ability to repair top layers of skin. Comfrey heals cuts and wounds so effectively that it is advised not to apply comfrey leaf to puncture wounds, because it will heal the top layers before the lower layers can properly healed. Rapidly promoting cell regeneration and healing skin. Comfrey leaf is also an emollient which means it moisturizes and keeps skin from getting dry.
St Johns Wort: Deeply healing to skin, even beyond the epidermis to the lower level of the skin, helping to heal cuts and abrasions. This keeps skin healthy and hydrated, and repairs any damage that may come along the way!
Vitamin E: Helps support healing and helps protect skin from oxidative stress. Vitamin E works as an emollient and and humectant, which hydrates the skin then locks in the moisture. Vitamin E is often used to extend shelf life of natural products because of its antioxidant properties.
