Liquid Gold is a dynamic serum working on different levels to both deeply hydrate skin and prevent fine lines and sagging but also to tighten and repair any damage that has occurred. Can work for most skin types, best for dry, combination, or mature skin types.

Ingredients: Almond oil infused with frankincense and myrrh resin, jojoba oil infused with fenugreek, licorice root, calendula and marshmallow root, plus black seed oil, vitamin E, calendula EO and 1% liquid extracts.
Sweet Almond Oil: High in vitamin E almond oil is a wonderful choice for dry and irritated skin, also containing fatty acids that help dissolve excess sebum. Sweet almond oil is great for combination skin. Also containing retinoids (vitamin A) almond oil can help aging skin stay firm and healthy. On the Comedogenic scale, which measures an oils likelihood to clog pores, Almond oil sits at a 2 out of 5.
Jojoba Oil: Balancing the skin's natural oils and packed with vitamin E and antibacterial properties, that both heal and prevent acne. Jojoba oil is an emollient and humectant which means it has a smoothing and hydrating effect on the skin can, locking in moisture without clogging pores. Comedogenic rating, which measures likelihood to clog pores, slides between 0-2 out of 5. The range is dependent on how the oil is sourced, I use cold pressed unrefined organic oil which should be at the lower end of the range.
Black Seed Oil: Rich in vitamins, fatty acids and amino acids Black seed oil is very beneficial for skin nourishment and hydration. It is known to fade scars, boost collagen production and help with skin damage or inflammation. On the Comedogenic scale, which measures an oil's likelihood to clog pores, Black seed oil sits at a 2 out of 5.
Frankincense Resin: In addition to having a beautiful scent frankincense is also very beneficial for the skin. Tightening, rejuvenating and repairing. Providing moisture to the skin barrier and also assisting in the skin natural healing process. Ideal for sagging, scared or damaged skin frankincense can truly work wonders!
Myrrh Resin: Powerful antibacterial properties help to prevent breakouts, myrrh can also help with healing of wounds and regeneration of damaged tissue. It also adds a lovely aroma to skincare products. Mildly astringent and very inflammatory, myrrh resin is a catch all for a wide variety of skin complaints.
Calendula: Calendula is all around beneficial for the skin, from soothing irritation such as eczema or sunburn to wound healing and repairing skin on a cellular level. Calendula deeply moisturizes the skin and also has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help keep skin clear of acne or infections.
Licorice root: Protects the skin from UV damage and helps reduce inflammation, licorice root is gentle yet effective for preventing acne and especially good for evening out dark spots and age spots.
Marshmallow Root: Marshmallow root contains mucilaginous properties making it extremely moistening, nourishing and softening to the skin. Marshmallow root does wonders for dryness, deeply soothing and hydrating skin. Repairing skin barrier and preventing transepidermal water loss.
Fenugreek: Fenugreek has mucilaginous properties, similar to marshmallow root, which brings extra moisture to the skin, primates deeply and helps the skin retain this hydration. Fenugreek helps to lift skin and improve texture.
Vitamin E: Helps support healing and helps protect skin from oxidative stress. Vitamin E works as an emollient and and humectant, which hydrates the skin then locks in the moisture. Vitamin E is often used to extend shelf life of natural products because of its antioxidant properties.
